Responsibilities
1. Actively follow the development trend of the O&M industry and participate in planning and designing the development direction of the OSS system architecture (Mainly involving Fault Management, Ticketing and WorkFlow Management).
2. Participate in the design of the corporate-level OSS architecture (Mainly involving Fault Management, Ticketing and WorkFlow Management), take responsibility for the OSS architecture standards (eTOM) and specifications of physical products (Remedy/ CRM / Netcool / FaultManagement) in a single domain/module, and support the simplified O&M of future networks.
3. Take charge of the development and implementation of the OSS system architecture(Mainly involving Fault Management, Ticketing and WorkFlow Management) of the physical product in a single domain/module, and achieve the world-leading OSS system architecture in the responsible domain.
4. Responsible for development of architecture with on-demand automation capabilities and near real-time performance criteria
5. Facilitates and directs the core technology (ITSM, ITIL) underpinnings that constitute the architecture of overall integrated systems with different vendors for automated network services solution and all functional business and support needs
6. Selects and evaluates third-party OSS (Remedy, Netcool, SericeNow etc) solutions to integrate as part of the overall architecture
7. Lead area of responsibility and collaborate with other technical service component architects to understand the implications of respective architectures on elements that maximize the value of information across the complete service design
8. Maintains engagement with software development teams, third party partner/s, third party platform/s or service vendors to assure architecture is developed per high-level design
9. Responsible for evaluation and assessment of change requests to architecture during development and test stages and responsible for maintaining architecture up to date on redesigns or evolution to next stage of service architecture
10. Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Telecomm OSS.

Business skill requirements:
Good skills in:
a) Have rich project management knowledge and proficient skills. PMP certification is preferred.
b) Have good communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
c) Be good at analyzing and solving problems.
d) Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Requirements for professional knowledge:
1. Be familiar with technologies such as software architecture, microservices (AWS, Azure, or others), cloud, big data, and artificial intelligence.
2. Be familiar with mainstream OSS products and solutions in the industry
3. Good knowledge in tools like BMC Helix suite for ITSM, Service Now.
3. Good knowledge in the OSS tools like Remedy, Netcool,
4. Good knowledge in eTOM Busiess Process Framework.
5. Good knowledge and experience with APIs
6. Good knowledge and experience with Virtualization platforms
7. Should have hands-on knowledge or expertise in some of the following technologies or equivalent: C++Java/J2EE, including SOAP, RESTful, .NET and related technologies (JSON, XML)
7. Should have participated in and be familiar with Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.
8. Preferentially master network technologies in the communications field, such as transmission network (SDN-T), IP network (SDN), core network (NFV), fixed access network, and mobile access network (RAN).
