RPA Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in BluePrism (Certified)
Flexible to work in shifts and on-on call including weekends.

Job Description:
The RPA L3 Specialist role is responsible for understanding and translating customer requirements into the design and develop high quality solutions that match or exceed expectations in an agile environment. The RPA L3 Specialist is supposed to understand the escalated issues from level 2 and provides solutions and code fixes for the same. The role will report to Enterprise Technology Regional Support Lead - Intelligent Automation
- Overall 8-10 years of development experience with minimum 3 years in Blue prism
- development, including experience in handling complex multi bot architecture-based projects .
- Designed at least 8-10 processes end-end with Blue Prism technology .
- Ability to talk to client and get the Business Requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into various appropriately documented deliverables such as functional design specification, use cases, and workflow/processes diagrams
- Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Ability to Perform effort estimation for each line items of the business requirement document (BRD)
- Ability to write and review complex technical designs.
- Experience in code changes/releases to production environment
- Ability to quickly analyze Incidents which occur in production environment and fix it.
- Ability to performs quality review/checks on codes.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Superior organizational skills in planning and prioritizing own workload and initiatives
- Good presentation abilities, both verbal and visual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate easily with Senior stakeholders.
- Strong ability to lead and manage discussions.
- Good knowledge C#.net and experience in extending BP code using the same.
- Experience in working with SQL Database ,writing queries and handling it in codes.
- Experience in creating and working with Macros.
- Experience in working with ERPs (SAP or other primary ERP systems), CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
