Job Description & Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Managing Partner (APC), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Associates (BAs) who in turn will recruit and manage agents. Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving life insurance sales by guiding BAs in recruiting and developing agents.

• Training and mentoring agents on a commission-based model.

• Supervising daily activity plans of agents to ensure goal achievement.

• Conducting weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and updating the Sales Management System.

• Motivating agents to participate in Career Progression Programs for internal growth.

• Encouraging usage of Agent Portals and CRMs for efficient customer management and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance background strongly preferred)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream
