Job Description
Designation: Sales Officer (Home Loan and Mortgage Loan)
Role/Functional Area: Sales/On call sales
Location: PAN India
Experience: 0.6 year 2 years
Salary Range: As per industry standard
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prospect potential leads who are yet to decide on taking a loan.
2. Convert a suspect into a prospect, which involves:
- Establishing contact through several calls, possibly beyond office hours.
- Making calls at different times to achieve success.
- Conducting a needs analysis.
- Performing eligibility profiling.
- Setting up appointments.
- Following up with prospects after every meeting with the sales officer until a conclusion is reached.
3. Based on feedback from the prospect, seek assistance from senior sales resources or resolve issues independently to meet customer needs with the aim of converting prospects into customers.
4. Responsible for converting suspects to prospects and then to customers.
5. Support the sales team in increasing conversions by:
- Promptly calling all suspects and prospects.
- Timely following up with all prospects.
- Maintaining cordial relationships with the assigned sales officer.
- Collaborating with the sales officer to provide feedback.
6. Maintain complete knowledge of company products and policies, as well as those of competitors.
7. Ensure high-quality conversations that include:
- Accuracy.
- Product knowledge.
- Appraisal skills.
- Punctuality and adherence to terms of service.
- Timely action commitments.
8. Handle objections effectively.
9. Update the software to accurately capture customer conversations, enabling seamless continuity of discussions.
10. Generate references; the quality of your conversation and ability to connect with customers is reflected in the number of references generated.
11. Provide market feedback to your supervisor, sharing any trends observed during conversations with prospects.
