Job Description
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand clients financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Achieve branch sales targets by promoting banking products and services.Cross-sell and upsell financial products such as loans, mortgages, investments, and insurance.
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base and generate new business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Handle customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Offer financial advice and guidance based on clients financial goals and risk tolerance.Conduct financial assessments and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
- Collaborate with wealth management and investment teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Work closely with branch managers, sales teams, and support staff to achieve collective goals.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Proven experience in retail banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of banking products, services, and industry regulations
