Role & responsibilities

  • Minimum 0 -1 years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
  • Good English verbal and written skills required
  • Preferred candidates with experience in BPO Industry
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Respond to customer's issues on TAT
  • Graduation and PUC candidates can also be considered
  • Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
