Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • End to End Recruitment- Requirement Gathering, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Partner channel handling, HR discussions, Compensation.
  • Negotiations, Offer making and Coordinating the whole recruitment process.
  • Handling all recruitment activities, analyzing market trends, and establishing pipeline of candidates to full fill resource pool needs.
  • Minimizing lead time between sourcing and onboarding and maximizing utilization of LinkedIn and referral channels for fulfilling hiring needs.
  • Ensuring accomplishment of set recruitment targets.
