Job Description

 

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on SAM (Software Asset Management).

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (SAM, ITSM, and others).

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) for automation and customization.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow SAM Module setup and configuration.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and integration with asset management systems.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with SAM and ServiceNow.

  • Knowledge of software licensing models, compliance, and reporting best practices.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM.
