Role & responsibilities

- Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders.
- - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in departmental operations.
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge relevant to your role.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operation of production lines.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
- Train and mentor production team members to optimize performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments such as, Industrial Engineering ,maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance to achieve production targets.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employee
Qualifications:
BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
