Job Description

Responsible for migration of business processes, for New & Existing Clients
Responsible for E2E mgmt of transition projects from inception till project reaches stability
Responsible for identifying key risks & collaboratively design mitigation plans

Required Candidate profile

Should have minimum 10 Years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience in BPO transitions
Experience in Contract Management
Project management skills
Worked on RFP/RFI and supported solutions
