Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic team lead to lead one of NetImpact online/social media customer service banking operations.


Position : Team Lead - ORM


Location - Noida, Sector - 128 (Candidates open for Noida location are only recommended to apply)


Experience - Must have minimum 4 years experience into social media escalations in BFSI/banking operations profile.


Preferred candidate profile:

  • Must have an experience of handling a team or should have led a team before with a bank or any fintech company or process.
  • Proven experience in social media management/escalation and customer service.
  • Candidates from Banking or fintech industry with social media escalations experience are only recommended to apply.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills.
  • Dynamic personality.
  • Must have leadership skills to manage a good strength of team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Profile:

  • Manage a team of professionals working on social media escalations/email for a banking process.
  • Managing the day to day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Delegating tasks to the team members.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
