Position:- Agency Recruitment Development Manager
CTC:- upto 4.00 Lakh / annum + Incentives
- Recruitment and management of agency channel team members
- Training, motivating and development of team member
- Planning and target setting for the agent

Required Candidate profile

3+ years experience in sales & marketing in any field
Age : 25 to 40 years
Graduation compulsory
Candidate from Local area
Able to do sales work
Experience certificate mandatory
good communication skill required
Full time on role job
