Job Description

• Should have good written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 2+ years Coding experience in US healthcare is mandatory
• Familiar in Using CMS, AAPC, AMA, Derm coder, Encoder portals to research the industry updates.
• Need to be a team player and flexible to work with other departments for issue resolution. Strong knowledge of coding domains - E/M, Dermatology Surgery, Pathology, radiation oncology & Denial Management.
• Participate in coding the new clients, super audit, client audits for quality assurance. Participate in training developmental programs for freshers/new hires.
• Reporting & meeting the DailyWeekly/Monthly team KRA, client SLA and monitoring.
• Exposure/Strong knowledge in HIPAA compliance, ISO audit, ISMS policies and procedures.
• Experience in SOP preparation, provider education, clinical documentation, excels, PPT preparation/presentation.
• Participate in clients & onsite team conference calls.Skill Sets:
• CPC, CPCD, CCS any one certification mandatory. Candidates with good knowledge in Anatomy/physiology.
• Good organizational skills to implement timely follow-up
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
