Job Description

Sonyo Management Consultant P. Ltd. is looking for a bright and dynamic Recruitment Coordinator at the Nehru Place office.

Role & responsibilities

Schedule and arrange candidate telecon/Virtual/F2F interviews by coordinating with the hiring panel for their timings.
Ensure that calendar invites are sent and accepted by the hiring panel for any telecon/Virtual/F2F interviews.
Inform the shortlisted candidates for their interview schedule via email communication
Coordinate with the candidate and the hiring panel to ensure that interviews start on time
Maintain a record of interviews conducted and feedback received.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 6month-2 year of hands-on experience on Virtual Interview scheduling.
Graduate in any stream. BCA, Bcom IT/MBA(IT) B.Tech will be preferred.
Good written & verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word.
