    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
    2. Account Strategy: Create and implement strategic account plans to meet clients' needs and drive business growth.
    3. Sales Management: Oversee the sales process for key accounts, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
    4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring that targets and objectives are met.
    5. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
    6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met.
    7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
