Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related issues.
    • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, including handling complaints, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate employee training programs.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
    • Help manage performance appraisals, employee development plans, and feedback sessions.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
