Job Description

Responsibilities Key member in Data collection and analysis Familiar with PSM and its Elements, PSSR, Management of change, Familiar with HAZOP study and HIRA To perform heat load calculation To perform material balance and effluent balance To perform and advice in DC and RC study Review make P&ID for the Process New scale up calculation for new batches Lab scale and production safe scale up knowledge Perform thermal risk assessment Orifice, pipe line and vent size calculation need to made Must have hands on experience in AUTO CAD Role Requirement Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Chemical, B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry Experience: 1 to 5 Years in process safety Should have good knowledge on Safety Regulations & Procedures Work Location: Hosur Skills: data collection,orifice calculation,safety auditing,hira,material balance,pssr,environment, health, and safety (ehs),management of change,process safety,vent size calculation,p&id review,dc study,documentation,effluent balance,autocad,thermal risk assessment,psm,pipe line calculation,rc study,risk assessment,heat load calculation,auto cad,scale up calculation,hazop study,data analysis,
