Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls

• Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, VLANs, and network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)

• Ensure network reliability, security, and uptime across all environments

• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and hardware maintenance

• Maintain network documentation and asset inventory

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for seamless operations

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot network bottlenecks

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Cisco / Juniper / HP networking devices

• Proficient in routing and switching protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)

• Understanding of firewalls, VPN, load balancers, and network monitoring tools

• Good command over troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG

• Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP are a huge plus

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / MCA or equivalent in IT/Computer Science

• Cisco certification (CCNA/CCNP) highly desirable
