Job Description

Reporting to : Manager Billing

Responsible for : Contractor RA bill certification

Main Purpose of Job

The role is within our Technical Cost Audit team where projects ranges from 1 Lakh sqft to 2 Million Sqft.

The role is to evaluate the GFC drawings and prepare the BOQ for the project

To evaluate and certify Contractor RA bills at Site as per the contractual terms & conditions with live project's for clients approval

Verification & Certification of JMR

Perform Material reconciliation for All Civil A class materials such as Steel, RMC, Cement, Sand, & Aggregates

Prepare Bill summary and update the Financial Control statement

Asst the planning team in the development of Procurement plan

Prepare At completion cost of the project

Assist in the monitoring & control of Project budgets

As this is a fast track recruitment Selected candidates shall be appointed immediately
