Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day technical operations of assigned facilities
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and Soft Service etc.
Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility performance
Monitoring of Housekeeping related activities
Soft services stores and stocks to be maintained

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred)
2-4 years of experience in facility management or related field
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
