Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  
• Conduct field sales activities to promote life insurance products to potential customers.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance by acquiring new clients and increasing policy renewals.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (preferably).
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Candidate who is interested in field sales.
