Job Description

-Act as technical expert on datacenter networking and security technologies

-Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems

-Deploy and support multi-vendor network & security solutions

-Deploy and support network and security monitoring & management tools

-Prepare HLD & LLD , process and technical documentation

-Support on Sev 1 incidents to resove within SLA

-Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security

-Management of various firewalls, Proxy,VPNS and security devices

-Taking initiative on providing recommendations on vulnerabilities / bugs / security practices to be followed / implemented

-Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products

-Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations

-In depth knowledge of Zscaler, Proxy, Firewalls -Checkpoint, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Load balancer-F5

-Experience in Security products(Checkpointy, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco ASA) ,Proxy Solutions (Zscaler), Good uderstanding for TCP,HTTP protocol functioning, VPN solutions, Load Balancer functioning and syslogs monitoring & analysis

-Certification:- CCSA , Fortinet NSE 4~7, BlueCoat /Proxy certified, F5 Certified or equiv along with Good communication skills

Excellent in depth troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process
Experience in preparing LOE and POA for complex Change, Major Planned/unplanned activities, designing POA for complex Change/Project

Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA s, documentation, Knowledge Bank
