Job Description
- You will manage the Front Desk Admin operations for and work as a Mentor for students who walk in directly. Greet the customers, walk-in enquiries for admissions, job interviews and vendors. Ensure all interactions between the administration, employees, customers, and outside services run as smoothly as possible. Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate Associate. Provide callers with information, such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. Receiving, time stamping, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. Follow-up with clients/customers Manage documents electronically and prepare reports on inventory, walk-in etc. Required Skills: Any graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Office Admin, Receptionist, Front Office Admin, Front Office Associate, or Customer Service Executive roles. Highly professional appearance as the first face of the office. Able to explain the products or services to walk-in customers. Good Telephone Etiquette Skills Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil Should be able to listen, understand and communicate well over the phone. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Problem-solver with good time-management abilities. Preferable: Candidates living in OMR Region.
