Responsibilities Providing orientation and training to the new employees Research, implement and execute company policies Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems for ready reference Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies. Carrying out performance evaluations tasks for appraisals is one of the key point in HR operations executive job description. Maintain personal policies of the employees to provide guidance and interpretation to employees Update yourself with current statutory requirements related to HR for reducing risks Ensure regulatory compliance are met at all times Consulting with the management for HR guidance to update and create new policies for employees Identifying external HR vendors and collaborating with them to fulfil the companys employee requirements Preparing periodic reports and assisting the management in making management decisions Qualifications: PGDM/MBA in HR Please note: Candidate must be from Udaipur only.
