Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell automobiles, services, or related products. Builds and maintains customer relationships, answers inquiries, schedules showroom visits/test drives, and follows up on leads to convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers via phone.

• Provide product information and offers.

• Book appointments for test drives or showroom visits.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries.

• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
