Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial patient assessments to understand physical condition and limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.
Use manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and equipment to relieve pain and restore function.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
Monitor and evaluate progress, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, occupational therapists) as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Stay up to date with new techniques, treatments, and research in physiotherapy.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
Current registration/licensure with relevant health authority or board.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and encourage patients in recovery.
