Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, maintaining proper documentation.
- Reconcile financial statements, bank transactions, and ledgers to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, supporting overall financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, conducting audits as needed.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
