- Requirements: Qualification: ANM/GNM/Equivalent At least 4 years experience of working with schools. Good / Average communication skills in English are must. Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification. Experience working with children and adolescents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassion, empathy, and a passion for working with children. Current certification in CPR and first aid Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced School Nurse to provide medical care and support to students of all grades, from pre-primary to secondary level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering first aid, evaluating medical requirements, and providing emotional support to students in need. Key Responsibilities: Provide medical aid and first aid to students as needed Evaluate medical requirements of students and provide required assistance. Interact with students who need medical assistance, providing both medical and parent connect support. Recommend medical procedures as needed, in consultation with parents/guardians and medical professionals. Manage the school's medical room, including medical apparatus and supplies. Maintain accurate records of student medical histories, treatments, and incidents. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians to ensure student health and well-being.
