Job Description

    Are you driven by sales and passionate about building lasting customer relationships Join our team as a Sales Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in driving sales success and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our sales team, customers, and distribution network, working to accelerate sales, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your contributions will directly impact sales growth by providing exceptional support and valuable insights that help improve our products and services. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product and service information to drive sales. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and adjustments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, supporting the sales team in meeting sales targets. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience that maximizes customer retention and repeat business. Collaborate with distributors to address inquiries, offer sales tools, and provide resources to enhance their sales performance and success. Collect customer feedback and insights, providing valuable input to improve product offerings, sales strategies, and overall processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues to support future sales efforts and strategic decision-making. Support the onboarding and training of new team members and distributors, fostering a sales-driven culture of continuous improvement and growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and sales tactics to provide knowledgeable support and maximize sales opportunities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role or sales support environment.(Freshers can apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and engage customers. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused, sales-driven approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to use CRM tools to track sales and customer data. Knowledge of the food industry and distribution channels is a plus.,
