Role Description This is a on site internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Talknlock. The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for ideating, producing, and optimizing engaging multimedia content across digital platforms. This includes social media posts, videos, graphics, and campaigns that align with brand voice and drive audience interaction. Internship Details: This is a paid internship. Stipend will be as per market standards. Collaborate with designers and marketers to align content with brand aesthetics and goals. Research trends, audience preferences, and competitors to generate innovative content ideas. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and propose data-driven improvements. Revise content based on feedback to ensure quality and brand consistency. Stay updated on emerging platforms, algorithms, and digital storytelling trends. Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Candidate should be camera friendly. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their best practices. Creative storytelling and strong communication skills ( Both in Hindi and English ) Candidate should be good at understanding about content creation & Scripting. Candidate should be presentable. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving trends. Prior experience with content creation (portfolio preferred but not mandatory).,
