Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in Shimla with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting sales outreach, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. The Specialist will also provide training to sales teams and contribute to sales management. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide effective Training to sales teams Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in the non-profit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field,
