Role & responsibilities

Design and implement LLM architectures (e.g., transformer variants)
Pretrain and fine-tune models on large-scale datasets
Apply techniques like LoRA, PEFT, DPO, or RLHF to improve model alignment
Optimize training using frameworks.
Evaluate models
Collaborate with data and product teams to align model capabilities with use cases

Key skills: Python, AI, LLM, Pytorch, SQL, NLP
