Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process (WFO)
Location: Gurgaon
Education: Graduate (Freshers with minimum 6 months calling experience) / Undergraduate with BPO experience
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Salary: INR 28000 to 35500 CTC (based on experience)
Role Category: Voice / Blended
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers: Graduate with minimum 6 months of calling experience
Experienced: Undergraduate or Graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Details (approx.):

Freshers: INR 28000 CTC, approx. 23500 in-hand + INR 2000 PLI
1+ year BPO exp. (in-hand salary less than 25000): INR 31000 CTC, approx. 26500 in-hand + INR 2000 PLI
1+ year BPO exp. (last in-hand 25000 or more): INR 35500 CTC, approx. 30500 in-hand + INR 2000 PLI
Incentives applicable after training

Other Details:

5 days working
Rotational shifts and weekly offs
Both-side cab provided
Work from office only
