Job Opportunity Alert: HR Recruiters & Generalists Needed!
We are hiring HR Recruiters/Executives for an onsite role in Noida, Sector 16!
Who Were Looking For:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Non-IT or Healthcare recruitment.
- OR 6-10 months of experience with strong knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn portals.
Skills: Proficiency in recruitment and general HR operations.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred!
What Youll Do:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house hiring and international clients.
2. Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
3. Work on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for talent acquisition.
4. Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
5. Verify resumes for experience, skills, and credentials.
Generalist Responsibilities:
1. Oversee employee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
2. Manage employee documentation, including contracts, personal files, and compliance requirements.
3. Handle exit formalities for departing employees, including clearance and final settlements.
4. Provide support for HR operations, including attendance tracking, employee engagement, and grievance resolution.
5. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes.
