Job Description
- Working with multiple product teams across various domains like DevOps, Automation, AIOps, ValueOps and more, building modern, consistent, intuitive and innovative experiences;
- Collaborating with a multi-functional team to define work that will meet organizational objectives;
- Experimenting with new technologies that improve our software;
- Contributing to team and organizational best practices;
- Driving best practices for engineering across the organization;
- Working closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices;
- Reviewing and optimizing app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively;
- 8+ of relevant work experience as a full stack engineer, excelling in technologies across both frontend and backend
- A track record of well-executed challenging engineering projects
- Enthusiasm and proactivity about collaborating with customers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other UX Designers to understand needs and deliver great experiences
- Passion to learn new technologies, new methods, and new skills
- A good understanding of Agile teams, practices, and principles
- Proficiency with frameworks such as React, Angular et al
- Proficiency developing services and micro-services using node, express and other technologies
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Web Components
- Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools
- Knowledge of and/or experience with WCAG accessibility standards
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Elasticsearch
- Exposure to Data Structures and Algorithms
- You are curious and eager to try new things
- You care about delivering value to customers
- You have strong opinions but are willing to consider alternatives
- You love to collaborate with and mentor awesome teammates
- You have a broad background in software development with exposure to many types of problems
