Cold Calling Executive - US Region

Location: Chennai, India

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients in the US region.

Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the US region to introduce our products/services.
Willing to do 120 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile.
Utilize a strategic approach to engage potential clients and create interest in our offerings.
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the Business Development Managers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted calling campaigns.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cold Calling Executive or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Knowledge of the US market and business practices is a plus
Any Bachelor s degree and above
