Job Description

Cut, trim, debone, slice, and prepare various types of meat
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department, equipment, and tools.
Operate meat processing equipment safely (saws, grinders, slicers, etc)

Required Candidate profile

Previous experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in a meat department
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and food safety standards
Support team members
