Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished biological products.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and electrophoretic test methods.
- Conduct cell-based assays, activity/potency-based assays, and biochemical group testing.
- Proficient in colorimetric, spectrophotometric, and ELISA-based techniques.
- Operate and maintain QC instruments such as spectrophotometers, microplate readers, microscopes, and other relevant equipment.
- Utilize relevant 21 CFR-compliant software.
- Ensure documentation and processes follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) standards.
- Apply knowledge of QMS elements including OOS, incident deviation, and change control procedures.
- Basic understanding of analytical method validation.
- Work systematically with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all testing activities.
Note: Only candidates from Biopharma/Biological companies preferred.
