Experience: 2 - 5 years relevant Experience.

Qualification: Any graduate. (10+2+3 Years of Education). BE / B.Tech can apply for this position.

Shift: 24/7 shift.

Job Location: Chennai

Interview details:

Will arrange for telephonic once CV shortlisted.

Skill 1: Oracle Fusion Finance:

* Strong (2+ years of experience) in Oracle Fusion Finance skills.

* Automation experience using Selenium is mandatory

* Strong automation expertise, with hands on experience in Selenium. Should have experience

* Strong Expertise in Testing methodologies and Ability to resolve team Queries by interacting with various stakeholders.

* Skills to support / create Requirement traceability matrix using the latest tools and technologies

* Strong (2+ years of experience) in Oracle Fusion. Finance Testing skills. Automation experience is mandatory

* Experience of 2-4 years in Finance domain is mandatory

* Should have strong knowledge in Accounts Payable, accounts receivable and general ledger modules

* Well versed with procure to pay and order to cash cycles.

* Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.

* Strong Expertize in establishing/baselining testing processes for the organization

* Strong Expertise in Testing methodologies and Ability to resolve team Queries by interacting with various stakeholders.

* Skills to support / create Requirement traceability matrix using the latest tools and technologies

Skill 2: SAP SuccessFactors:

Minimum 2-3 years of domain experience in HR SuccessFactors
2-3 E2E implementations is desirable
knowledge in Benefits/Time off and US Payroll
Must have knowledge in interface testing
ALM / JIRA knowledge
Other tools - Kronos

Responsibility:

Analysis of requirements and user stories
Test Planning
Test Execution
Defects Logging
Work with the client to analyze their requirements: prepare and participate in workshops, requirement documentation...
Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions

Coach or lead different tracks or project teams, taking on more responsibility as you grow in your career
