Job Description

- Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
- Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
- Groom advisors for the next level of partnership .

Required Candidate profile

1.Must be Graduate.
2.Minimum 1 yr to 4 yrs of experience in BFSI Sales
3.Age should not be more than 29 for pune and 31 for mumbai
4.Must be Comfortable for Agency Channel.
5.Good communication skills.
6.Must be Local Resident.
