Job Description

Acquire CASA and liabilities accounts through cold calling, market references, cross-selling, and selling third-party products such as life and health insurance and mutual funds SIPs.
Meet sales targets and achieve overall numbers and value targets as per the scorecard.
Implement sales and marketing activities within assigned branches to grow the liabilities business.
Develop new relationships and leverage existing ones to meet liability acquisition targets.
Acquire new customers through various channels, including campaigns, branch walk-ins, customer referrals, industry bodies, and associations.
Ensure timely opening of accounts and provide a smooth onboarding experience to new-to-bank (NTB) customers
