Job Description

Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual designs into photo-realistic 3D visualizations. This role requires proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations from architectural plans, sketches, and concept drawings Interpret design briefs and convert them into realistic visuals Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams Apply textures, lighting, and materials to models for realistic output Produce still images, walkthroughs, and virtual tours for presentations Revise and update visuals based on feedback or changes in project scope Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and materials Requirements: Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Maya Rendering engine experience (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape) Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other post-processing tools Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and detail Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Excellent visualization, communication, and teamwork skills Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field (preferred) Bonus Skills (Optional): Experience with AR/VR or interactive visualization Knowledge of architectural terminology and construction details Animation and motion graphics experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Work Location: In person,
