School Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day school operations, managing and documenting activities, and ensuring smooth implementation. Team Management: Lead and manage school teams across 5 districts of Manipur, fostering collaboration and driving results. Capacity Building: Train teachers and team members on pedagogy, digital literacy, and extra-curricular activities related to school curricula. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with team members, community stakeholders, schools, and partner organizations. Team Building & Development: Design and evaluate team-building programs, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
