Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products based on customer needs.
Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and returns/exchanges.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field.
Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
