Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Marketing to join our team and assist in expanding our presence in both foreign and local markets. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is proficient in English and possesses excellent communication skills, particularly in writing persuasive emails and making compelling cold calls. While all qualified candidates will be considered, preference will be given to female applicants. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in foreign and local markets. Generate leads through various channels including online research, cold calling, and database searches. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. Craft compelling email campaigns to engage potential clients and partners. Make cold calls to prospects, effectively communicate product benefits, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and communication records. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for marketing materials and campaigns. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance. Requirements: Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred. Ability to conduct thorough market research and identify potential business opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in making cold calls to generate leads. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing lead databases and CRM systems. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
