We are looking for a dedicated/professional and detailed oriented Customer care representative for CHAT PROCESS. This role involves providing customer service support through CHAT support for banking/ financial process.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BPO Chat Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through CHAT.

Who we are looking for?

• Only graduates can apply
• Prior BPO experience in chat process - Minimum 6 Months
• Good Spoken Hindi & English
• Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
• Typing Speed - 30 WPM
• Call Handling Etiquette
