Job Description

We are looking for Business analyst with our Investment Banking space please find the below specification:

Total 9+yrs of IT experience covering complete SDLC with at least 5 years financial industry experience, working with front, middle or back office systems.

Strong knowledge and experience in FICC (Fixed income, currencies, and commodities)
Strong experience in Fixed income domain is a must.
Solid track-record as a process driven business analyst supporting the full development lifecycle for global projects
The ability to drive and influence change in a high pressure environment
Experience working with traders and a range of technical teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Experience with UML, MS Project, Visio, Excel, Share Point
Knowledge of market regulations and compliance is a plus.

Must have all the below:
Strong BA
Stakeholder management experience
Product owner experience

Must have at least 4 of the below:
Front Office experience (Pre Trade checks)
MIFID experience (PTT/Best Execution)
Regulatory experience (CFTC/ESMA/CSA/Uncleared Margin/Business Conduct)
Fixed Income (Bonds and OTC Derivatives)
Agile experience (scrum master/backlog grooming/user stories/retrospectives)
Project Management Experience (preferably including planview)
Testing Automation Experience
Data Mapping Experience

Nice to have:
Advanced Excel skills
SQL expertise
FpML knowledge
JSON experience
