Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering discipline (Mechanical / chemical/ petroleum / electrical /Instrumentation & Control) with 10+ years exp
in the energy sector Oil & Gas Domain along with digitalization experience.
Prior involvement in FEED, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) along with project planning & control experience.
Experience with SCADA, DCS, ERP, CMMS, and data analytics tools relevant to energy operations.
Knowledge on Integrated Command and Control centers and unified Operating Centers ( Aveva/ABB)
Knowledge on Digital Twin platforms and Implementation (Aveva/ Hexagon/ Autodesk/ Bently / Cognite)
Strong understanding of upstream workflows, well delivery, subsurface, production optimization, asset management, integrated supply chain.
Knowledge on Data Analytics, cloud technologies
Responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and aligning operational processes with the projects technical and business requirements, ensuring seamless integration of current systems with future developments.
Operational Process Assessment: Analyze and document existing operational processes, workflows, and system interactions.
Systems Integration & Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in integrating existing systems with new FEED-phase designs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure that operational requirements are accurately reflected in the FEED deliverables.
Technology & Data Analysis: Provide insights into data flow, system interoperability, and digital transformation initiatives within the IOC framework.
Change Management Support: Develop strategies for transitioning from current systems to enhanced operational models while minimizing disruptions.
