Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose innovative digital solutions tailored to Oil & Gas workflows.
POC Design and Execution: Lead the planning, development, and delivery of Digital POCs, showcasing the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
Solution Demonstration: Conduct detailed technical presentations, live demonstrations, and workshops to highlight the capabilities and benefits of digital technologies.
Technical Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert, addressing client challenges and ensuring alignment of proposed solutions with business objectives.
Documentation and Proposals: Develop comprehensive technical proposals, solution architecture documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of POCs and project handovers.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the Oil & Gas sector, recommending innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor and providing ongoing technical support during the presales and POC phases.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in presales, solution design, or technical consulting, with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering Digital POCs for complex, client-specific requirements.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including IoT, cloud platforms, data analytics, and automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas workflows, including drilling, production, and asset monitoring.
Familiarity with SCADA systems, IoT platforms, and other industry-specific technologies.
Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) or project management (e.g., PMP).
Experience integrating advanced technologies, such as AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics, into solutions.
