Job Description

One of our leading Fin. Tech Product based clients in Hyderabad is looking for IT Project Manager (Client engagement).
Exp.: 4 - 7 Years
Loc: Kokapet, Hyderabad
Shifts: Rotational
Skill: IT Project Management, Client engagement with global team, Pre-sales, Delivery, Team management and Excellent understanding of SaaS architecture and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
This role is typically engaged as the customer facing representative on a project team - primarily responsible for interfacing with client IT and business teams on the actual installation or deployment of our integration products as part of the overall implementation of the proposed solution. Partners with technical consultants and other service and support teams to understand client requirements and create a solution based on the suite of products. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors (Master's Degree is desired) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or IT areas (i.e. development, network/system administrator, IT security) OR 2+ years of programming within a software provider environment Basic Knowledge and understanding of architecture, application design, systems engineering and integration. Experience participating in client solutions development sessions to recommend project scope, price and phasing. Excellent understanding of SaaS architecture and technologies.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams including Customer Service, Product Management, Development, Sales, Pre-sales, legal and marketing.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process gaps.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and think outside the box.
Interface with customers, colleagues, management, and project stakeholders, as needed, to ensure overall project success.
Optimally, has a balanced combination of large corporate and small, entrepreneurial company background.
Has an understanding of APIs is desired (API experience a plus).
Has an understanding of SAML is desired.
Experience with SharePoint (specifically SharePoint administration) is desired.
